just make a seat pan and have someone that works with leather finish it.
trace the outline of the frame onto a piece of cardboard. cut it out . check it. when you get it right trace it onto a piece of .125 thick aluminum or .062 steel cut it out on the band saw or sawz all or whatever you have. deburr it. bend it till its right. do any welding you have to do . then take it to your leather guy.
