Post Suzuki Boulevard VL1500 C90 Frame needed

I have a 07 that went into few feet of water and the Insurance company here in Alberta made it NR now,( non registerable) or Junk ..I still ride it.but cant reregister it.so need a frame,either custom or OEM,but must have active VIN or be able to assign a VIN to it.
