well I just used an aluminum sprocket that I had for my shovelhead. I clamped it down on the mill, found the center, and bored it out to fit the buell wheel.
then I got a front sprocket from PBI and made a spacer to go under it so that the chain would line up. put on the chain and that was that. oh yea it will rub on late model aluminum swing arms. so you will have to notch it out and weld in some new aluminum so there is not a hole in your swing arm. also if you lower it as much as I did then the chain will rub on the frame so I welded on a tab to bolt on a piece of delron so the chain would not eat the frame.
see its easy! any questions?
