Sheet metal work is the fun part of our work.

Taking a fender and changing it to fit the flow of the bike is very rewarding.

We chop off the ends. Split them down the middle. Take sections out. Add more to the middle. Cut reliefs and reform the radius for various tire diameters.

The worst thing about it is, that when it's done properly, nobody can tell that you modified anything. It just looks right.
