Am in the process of chopping my '84 700 shadow. It now has about 60,000 miles on it. Runs like the day I bought it. Have been doing a little each year as time and money was available.Bought it with 4,000 miles on it back in '89. Bike sat not being used for some years. Put new tires and plugs in it and fresh gas and battery and she fired right up Winter is about here, I live in northeast Pa., so it is time to work on the bike again..
