Looks nice; quick question
Ron389: I like what you are doing and just wanted to ask if you welded the swingarm at it's pivot point to keep it from flexing and weakening the welds at the top part that forms the rigid frame?

Briarrabbitt: No I didn't weld the pivot point, after I cut out the suspension the swingarm came to rest on the downtube of the frame so I just welded in the rear tubes and called it good. It seems like it will work since the only way for it to go will be down. I've taken it for a couple of rides already to test my welds and everything seems to be holding up ok.
